Objectives
An equal world is an enabled world
Introduction
Four local businesses have joined together to host a International Women's Day (IWD). Women around the world unite together in celebration of the intelligence, strength, bravery and beauty of women. Since the early 1900’s, this has been a day to recognize women from all phases of life without regard to their nationality, racial, cultural or political differences and to celebrate their triumphs, wherever they may be.
Wouldn’t it be nice to help our communities grow together, to enable an equal world?
Well now is our chance to start making the change, this is our chance to lead our communities, workplaces and our society to make a difference! We can help create a future where no women are left behind.

An equal world is an enabled world. Individually, we're all responsible for our own feelings, thoughts and actions - all day, every day. We can choose to challenge the different stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, enhance situations and honour women's achievements. Together, each one of us can help create a gender equal world. We are all parts of a whole. Our individual actions, conversations, behaviours and mindsets can have an impact on our larger society.
As Gloria Steinem, world-renowned feminist, journalist and activist once explained "The story of women's struggle for equality belongs to no single feminist nor to any one organisation but to the collective efforts of all who care about human rights."
So, let’s come together to celebrate women, their infinite imagination, their blissful dreams and their limitless strengths. Join us to help shape the future and create a gender-neutral world. Think Equal. Build Smart. Innovate for Change.
